Cloisonne (Hard Enamel)
High temperature resistance丨Never fade丨High collectible
The hard enamel (cloisonne) product is stamped from copper. First, imprint your design on the metal to make a mold. Both outline and cut-outs are cut off by another mold. Second, the colors are hand-filled into the inner side of metal lines with enamel material (cloisonne). After that, the products will be baked in the oven at 1472℉ for 2-3 minutes. These two steps insure that one color won’t be mixed up with others. Third, the product will be polished individually, and plated in gold /silver /nickel or other plated colors. Finally, each product will undergo a strict quality inspection before package, to ensure only the high quality product will be sent to the clients.

Imitation Hard Enamel
Brass, or Zinc Alloy丨Surface is fine丨The paint and metal wire are flat
Imitation hard enamel product is stamped from a piece of metal. The layout will be engraved in the mold. Both the outlines and the cutouts are cutting by another mold. The colors are hand-filled into the inner side of metal lines with resin compound. After that the products will be put into the oven to roast the colors. Finally, each product will be stone-sanded, polished, and plated. To make good quality, all the products are under very strict inspection during producing and packing. In addition, sales will check again the products before shipping.

Soft Enamel
Iron, Brass, or Zinc Alloy丨Obvious bump surface丨If adding AP, the surface will be flat and smooth
Soft enamel is the most popular type of products, because of brilliant colors and obvious bump surface. Such products are normally die-stamped from a solid piece of bronze, copper or iron. The cut shape embryos will be polished, then be electroplated into gold, silver, nickel, copper or else. After that, the products are hand-filled with enamels and baked in the oven at 160 degrees centigrade to seal the colors. Once done, QC will conduct quality inspection and arrange packing.

Die Stamped
Iron, Bronze, or Aluminum丨Obvious bump surface
Die stamped product is stamped the outline of product onto a piece of copper, bronze or iron material. Copper is better option because of its soft advantage. The product layout will be more obvious than iron. After cut shape, the embryos will be polished directly. When the surface is smooth, they are sent to be electroplated into gold, silver, antique gold, antique silver, etc. Custom colors are acceptable depending on your demand.

Die Casted
Zinc Alloy丨Suitable for products like 3D effect丨Big size or thicker
The material of the die casting is zinc alloy. The shape of the product is engraved on the mold according to the confirmed proof, then the mold will be put into the machine. The solid zinc alloy is melted to liquid at a high temperature, after that, the machine will input the liquid material into the mold. Finally, the product will be shaped and turned back to solid at normal temperature. Because of its different characteristics, it will be a good option to make products with double-sided, inner holes, rotatable, slide, dangler, 3D effect, and products with other special requirements.

Pewter
Alloy of lead and tin丨High temperature resistance丨Suitable for products like complex and irregular
The material of the pewter process is the alloy of lead and tin. The most important feature is that the mold is a kind of soft material that can be heat-resistant at high temperatures. (It is easier to make kinds of difficult designs) The solid pewter is melted into a liquid and then watered into the soft mold to shape. Then it will turn back to solid again at normal temperature. Because of the particularity, the pewter process is mostly used to make the 3D product.

Photo Etched
Bronze丨Thinner丨Not obvious bump surface丨Metal lines is wider
The image of a specific design is transferred from a photographic negative onto a metal sheet. It is then etched into the metal (normally bronze material) under an acid-reaction condition. All the acids and other impurities are carefully rinsed off. Next, the recessed area will be filled with enamels as per artwork, one enamel color at a time, using different syringes. The colors will be baked when finished injection. After that, cut shape from the metal sheet, then be plated to a good finish. Additionally, epoxy coated can be applied on the surface to protect the enamel colors from fading or cracking over time.

Offset Printed
Copper, Stainless Iron, or Aluminum丨4C printed丨Gradient color effect
The offset printed process is applied when your design requires fine lines and details in a specific color range or when the design is a painting or photograph. The latest offset printing technology ensures that all designs can be printed cleanly and clearly. A protective epoxy coating is applied to the surface to protect the image. Offset printed product is an excellent choice if the original design is a gradient or you need to retain the integrity and detail of your artwork.

Silk Screen Printed
One by one丨Overprint丨Clear colors
Silk screen printing is a good choice to print more special graphics and logos. No need to keep clear metal lines between each color. It can offer a better solution when your intricate design requires precise, more color details. AP coated will protect the printing logo for longer. Such a printing technique is a good option for promotional gifts.

Soft PVC
Cheap but eco friendly material丨Soft touch
PVC material is a white translucent silicone synthetic resin, which has good flexibility and temperature resistance. The hardness can be easily changed from 30A-80A at 58 °F to 302 °F. Because of the extremely good physical property, PVC products have the characteristic of good hand touch and high strength. Therefore, PVC material is the best option for custom make 3D trademarks.
