Printing badges is to add a layer of transparent protective resin (polly) on the surface of badges. The materials used are mainly stainless steel and bronze. The default thickness is 0.8mm. print. ASNY introduced that lithography in custom badge printing is different from silk screen printing.
First, Offset Printed
It absorbs ink through each rolling axis and rolls it onto the PS plate image, then prints the PS plate image through the rubber wheel of the printing machine, and then prints it on the metal plate surface, which can print a clear three-dimensional light and shade image.
Second, Silk Screen Printed
It is mainly aimed at simple graphics and fewer colors. Sometimes it is necessary to use a screen plate on the surface of the imitation enamel badge to overprint various small graphics.
Third, the difference between the two
The color of lithography has a gradient, and the color of printing will change from dark to light or from light to dark, but screen printing cannot achieve this effect. Screen printing is a single color, and the depth of the color will not appear. The difference is that the ink is very uniform, there will be no color difference between the plates, and the edges of the screen printed patterns will be slightly jagged.
